This is a picture of the huron river. The huron river was and still is a really important river for many of reasons. One of the reasons that the huron river is really important is because the huron river has lots of rainbow trout fish living there in a certin time of the year. It's usually by spring time. Well most of the 5th graders got to visit the huron river. Our teachers took us on a hike. The bus drove us to the place where we were going to hike and we had to find our way back to camp. It was really fun exept for the reason thtat we had to walk so much. on the way back to camp, we saw this bridge we decided to go on the bridge and then we looke below the bridge and there was lots of water. WE looked very carfully and we finally noticed that inside the water there were rainbow trout fish. We kept looking and our teacher tolad us that the next day there were going to be more rainbow trout fish because the fisherman are gpoign to bring more. So when the next day we came, we noticed that there actully we more rainbow trout fish. when we looked in thwe water, we saw so many fish that there were barley any spot with non rainbow trout fish. THen we kept waking and on the way back to camp, we saw many nature nthings and i took lots of pictures with the camera that i took. That was one of the best time that i have ever had because i have never went on a hike before that time. But that was one of the things that we did at camp and there are way more things that we did at camp. We were really busy. But i could only tell you some of the other things that we did at camp.One other thing that we did at camp and i liked was the secret night activaties. Those activaties were really fun. They were some of the best activaties that i have ever done in my life befor. Some of the activaties that we did were the bingo games and whoever won the bingo game got pop. And like always, I won so i got rootbeer. The next activaty that we did was string figure i learned a lot of string figure it was really fun. One other activaty that we did is that we watched bat movies and some of them were kind of scary. The last thing we did is that we had to dig through owl pellets and it was really really discusting. There were lots of things in there and we got to bring them home and show them to our family members. So those are some of the things that we did in camp but there are way more then that but if you are not in 5th grade yet then you will have to wait and go to camp and see all of the fun things that you can do at camp.
